Carlsberg Asia and Foodpanda Team Up to Elevate Customer Experience and Accessibility

Carlsberg Asia has intensified its partnership with foodpanda, Asia's leading food and grocery delivery platform, aiming to make its diverse range of beverages more accessible to consumers across the region.

This enhanced collaboration will bring forth exciting campaigns from both brands, designed to make Carlsberg beers more appealing and easier to access. Carlsberg plans to leverage foodpanda’s extensive network of cloud grocery stores through pandamart and its strong ties with retailers via foodpanda shops.

According to foodpanda’s Delivery and Retail Trends 2023, beer ranks among the top five most ordered grocery items in the Asia Pacific. By utilizing foodpanda’s data on customer purchasing habits, the partnership ensures that consumers receive personalized recommendations and special promotions for Carlsberg at strategic moments during their user journey on the foodpanda app, ultimately increasing their cartout rate.
