AVEVA Launches Advanced Customer Experience Center in Hyderabad

AVEVA has inaugurated a new, state-of-the-art customer experience center in Hyderabad. This center, one of only six technology hubs worldwide for AVEVA, is also among the largest. It boasts cutting-edge R&D labs staffed by over 1,200 technologists.

AVEVA's Chief Commercial Officer, Sue Quense, highlighted the significance of India for AVEVA's global operations, emphasising the strategic importance of Hyderabad and Bangalore for their talent pools and strategic advantages. The new center in Hyderabad will not only showcase advanced industrial R&D but also demonstrate the pivotal role of digital innovation for future-focused businesses. It aligns with India's Viksit Bharat vision, aiming to foster sustainable growth, development, and prosperity.

The center offers customers a firsthand experience of connected ecosystems leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and digital twins for sustainable business outcomes in an era of rapid industrial transformation. It features immersive demonstrations of centralised command and control capabilities, R&D engineering services, cloud DevOps, and technical support. Visitors can also engage with AVEVA's sustainability-focused Innovation Lab.
