dormakaba Expands its Presence in India with Third Customer Experience Centre in Delhi

Strengthening its footprint in India, dormakaba has inaugurated its third Customer Experience Centre, this time in Delhi. This follows the successful launches of similar centres in Mumbai (2023) and Bangalore (2021), allowing customers and partners across different regions of India to explore dormakaba’s cutting-edge products and solutions firsthand, as well as participate in on-site training.

The newly opened 1,000 sq-ft facility in Delhi features innovative solutions, including the compact sensor barrier Argus V60, alongside tailored offerings such as automated sanitary access solutions for individuals with disabilities.

At the inauguration, Till Reuter, CEO of dormakaba, emphasized the significance of this expansion: “This move will further solidify our market presence and bring us even closer to our customers. Expanding in India is a key part of our global growth strategy, where the country continues to play a pivotal role.”

India is one of dormakaba’s seven key markets globally, alongside regions like North America, Germany, and China. During the 2023/24 financial year, dormakaba’s India business in the Access Solutions segment experienced strong double-digit organic growth.

Additionally, in early 2024, dormakaba launched its Global Specification Centre in Chennai to support global markets with a team of specification experts. One of three shared service centres was also established in India to manage operations for the Asian region. With increasing demand in the airport sector, dormakaba expanded its regional production centre in Chennai. These initiatives are set to propel dormakaba’s sustained growth in India and beyond.
