Ashwin Ballal, a seasoned global executive with over 30 years of diverse experience, has announced his move to Freshworks as Chief Information Officer (CIO) after an illustrious 8-year tenure as CIO at Medallia.
During his time at Medallia, Ashwin played an important role in the company's transformation from a late-stage, Sequoia-backed private firm to a publicly traded industry leader. His efforts were instrumental in Medallia's acquisition by Thoma Bravo, a renowned private equity firm.
