General Motors India Launches Chevrolet Complete Care to Enhance Customer Experience

General Motors India has announced a comprehensive approach to customer experience with the launch of Chevrolet Complete Care. This initiative aims to provide a consistently satisfying and valuable vehicle ownership experience for both new and existing customers, reaffirming General Motors’ long-term commitment to its Indian customers.

Arvind Saxena, President & Managing Director of General Motors India, commented on the global brand initiative, stating, “Our customers in India, like those around the world, have high expectations. Our goal is to demonstrate that we genuinely care about them throughout their ownership experience. We want to build complete trust and earn customers for life through Chevrolet Complete Care.”

The Chevrolet Complete Care program includes several key components such as the industry-first Chevrolet Promise, which assures low maintenance costs, Chevrolet Warranty, Chevrolet U-First, and free 24/7 Roadside Assistance.

Detailing the Chevrolet Promise, Saxena explained, “The Chevrolet Promise is an industry first and remains unique in our commitment to refund any excess periodic or scheduled maintenance cost at the end of three years or up to 40,000 kilometers, whichever is earlier, compared to the committed periodic maintenance cost provided at the time of sale. This program applies to Spark, Beat, Enjoy, Sail, Sail Hatchback, and Cruze (three years or 45,000 kilometers, whichever is earlier).”

In addition to the standard best-in-class warranty of 100,000 kilometers/three years, customers can extend their vehicle’s total warranty up to 150,000 kilometers/five years at a nominal cost under the Chevrolet Warranty program.

The Chevrolet U-First initiative offers women customers free pick-up and drop-off services for their Chevrolet cars at authorized workshops. Additionally, the 24/7 Roadside Assistance Program is provided free for three years with all new purchases.

To further enhance the ownership experience, GM India has developed digital tools such as the Chevrolet Service Estimator Online tool, available on the Chevrolet India website, which helps calculate periodic service costs, and the MyChevroletIndia mobile application, which helps locate and contact the nearest authorized Chevrolet service station.

GM India operates 231 Chevrolet sales outlets and 257 service outlets across the country, ensuring comprehensive support for its customers. The Chevrolet Complete Care program underscores General Motors’ commitment to reliability, quality, and value for money, solidifying its dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
