Hinduja Global Solutions' New CX Hub in South Africa to Boost Global Client Services and Create 400 Jobs by 2025
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a major player in the business process management industry, has announced the opening of a new customer experience (CX) hub in Cape Town, South Africa. This expansion is part of HGS’s broader strategy to enhance its service delivery for both existing and new clients in key markets like the US, UK, and Australia. The new facility will help the company strengthen its global presence by offering tailored customer service solutions across industries such as technology, finance, and customer service.
The Cape Town hub is expected to generate over 400 new jobs by March 2025, with roles spanning across voice and non-voice customer support, as well as corporate functions. Located in the Woodstock neighborhood, the hub is positioned in an area with strong transport links, making it accessible for leadership teams and frontline staff. The move to South Africa allows HGS to tap into the country’s rich talent pool and leverage its growing reputation as a hub for high-quality CX services.
According to Partha DeSarkar, CEO of HGS Group, South Africa's established CX culture, which covers a range of sectors, will play a key role in delivering superior results for the company's expanding global client base. He emphasized that the Cape Town hub will drive exceptional outcomes by providing innovative customer experiences, thus helping clients remain competitive in a fast-evolving business environment.
As part of the Hinduja Group, HGS operates across nine countries with over 18,000 employees and 32 delivery centers worldwide. The new hub in Cape Town reflects the company's commitment to expanding its global service capabilities while creating meaningful job opportunities in local markets.
