Movate Names Srijit Menon as Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Global Growth

Movate, a leader in digital technology and customer experience (CX) services, has announced the appointment of Srijit Menon as its Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Digital Services. In this role, Menon will lead global sales and account management across Movate’s key service lines, including Digital Infrastructure, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Products, and Content & Data Services. His focus will be on accelerating growth through a consultative, results-driven approach while strengthening Movate’s leadership in the digital services sector.

Bringing over 25 years of global leadership experience, Menon has held senior roles at major organizations such as HCL Tech, Wipro, IBM, PwC, and Siemens. Known for securing high-value deals and acquiring marquee clients, he has managed outsourcing engagements exceeding $2 billion across diverse industries, including Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, and Life Sciences. His expertise in digital transformation has consistently delivered measurable outcomes for clients worldwide.

Before joining Movate, Menon served as Senior Vice President and Head of Manufacturing Industries at HCL Tech, where he oversaw a multimillion-dollar portfolio for Global 2000 clients. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to build impactful customer relationships, lead strategic initiatives, and mentor future leaders, showcasing his deep market insight and commitment to sustainable growth.

Menon holds an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Ahmedabad, an MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Calicut University. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, photography, badminton, movies, and comics, and resides in Chicago with his family.
