Netcracker and du Forge Partnership to Develop GenAI Use Cases for Enhanced Digital Customer Experience

Netcracker Technology and du, a prominent telecom and digital services provider, have announced a strategic partnership to drive innovation and elevate customer experience through advanced generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This collaboration will harness Netcracker’s GenAI Telco Solution to enhance service delivery and transform customer interactions across du’s network.

At GITEX Global 2024, leaders from both companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a multi-year initiative. This partnership aligns with du’s commitment to the UAE’s National AI Strategy 2031, aimed at integrating AI into essential industry sectors.

The alliance will see both companies developing use cases to boost automation through the Netcracker GenAI Telco platform. This will significantly reshape du's digital customer experience and modernize its operational framework. du’s customers can expect more seamless experiences, including personalized support, accurate self-service capabilities, and multilingual assistance.
