Manappuram Finance has announced the appointment of Sreekanth P V as Group Head – Operations & Customer Experience, at the level of President.
In his new role, Sreekanth will focus on enhancing operational performance and strengthening the company’s customer experience strategy across its various business verticals. He will be responsible for improving operational efficiency by streamlining processes, introducing innovative service delivery models, and further developing the organization’s customer experience framework.
Additionally, he will play a key role in advancing the company’s digital transformation journey by building and expanding its digital platforms and ecosystem. His leadership is expected to support Manappuram Finance’s broader goal of delivering high service standards while establishing scalable and customer-focused operational systems.
Sreekanth brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise spanning operations management, digital platforms, product development, and customer experience. Over the years, he has played a significant role in driving operational transformation, enhancing service delivery, and leveraging technology to create customer-centric solutions.
Before joining Manappuram Finance, Sreekanth held several leadership positions at Bajaj Finance. Most recently, he served as Deputy Executive Vice President – Digital Platforms, where he led initiatives to build an integrated digital ecosystem and spearheaded the development of a unified strategy for mobile and web applications.
