
Sobha Realty has announced the appointment of Gautam Sawhney as its new Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCXO), underscoring the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer engagement and service excellence.
With more than 25 years of experience in customer-centric leadership, Sawhney has built a distinguished career in driving transformation and enhancing client relationships across leading real estate organizations.
In his most recent role as Head of CRM at Sobha Realty, he successfully managed operations for over 20,000 units. Under his leadership, the CRM team optimized service delivery, fostered a performance-driven culture, and strengthened customer trust through innovation and responsiveness.
Before joining Sobha Realty, Sawhney held key positions at some of the country’s most prominent developers. At M3M India, he served as Assistant Vice President – CRM, leading possession and post-possession delight initiatives. Earlier, at Godrej Properties, he was Head of Customer Centricity – North, where he championed service excellence across the luxury residential segment in Gurugram.
His new role at Sobha Realty reflects the company’s strategic focus on customer-first innovation, digital empowerment, and empathetic service models. With his expertise in CRM systems, customer loyalty programs, and complaint resolution, Sawhney is set to play a pivotal role in advancing Sobha’s vision of redefining real estate experiences.
