
Foundever, a global leader in customer experience (CX), digital operations, and analytics, has announced a major leadership transition with the appointment of Chris Halbard as Chief Executive Officer.
Halbard, who joined earlier this year as CEO for the EMEA market, will now take on the global CEO role, reporting directly to Laurent Uberti, company co-founder, who continues as Group CEO and Executive Chairman.
As part of the restructuring, Olivier Camino, co-founder, transitions from Global COO to Chief Strategy Officer, while Michelle Parks steps into the role of Global Chief Operating Officer. These changes are designed to drive organizational transformation and enhance value creation for clients worldwide.
