This move completes the local availability of Avaya’s unified customer experience (CX) platform, offering Indian organizations the flexibility to choose from AXP Public Cloud, AXP Private Cloud, and AXP On-Prem.
In a statement, Avaya emphasized the platform’s relevance across various sectors, including public services, healthcare, BFSI, telecommunications, and business process outsourcing. “With the Avaya Experience Platform, Indian businesses can take a pivotal leap forward in the experiences they deliver to both customers and employees,” said Vishal Agrawal, Managing Director – India & SAARC at Avaya. He added that the AXP Public Cloud enables local organizations to leverage advanced AI and journey orchestration capabilities to create personalized, proactive experiences that drive customer loyalty and business growth.
The AXP Public Cloud comes with integrated features such as LivePerson for digital engagement and AI-driven self-service, along with Avaya Agent Assist to support the adoption of AI through a hybrid model. Additionally, Avaya has integrated Microsoft’s Power BI and Copilot for simplified analytics, enabling both real-time and historical data analysis through a unified tool that seamlessly operates across cloud and hybrid environments.
The platform also emphasizes workforce engagement, connected employee experiences, and proactive customer care. As part of its offerings, Avaya introduced “Avaya Ada,” a generative AI-powered virtual assistant designed to provide instant, precise, and context-aware support to Avaya customers and partners.
