
ServiceNow, a leading AI platform for business transformation, and Boomi, a frontrunner in intelligent integration and automation, have announced a strategic commitment to jointly enhance customer experiences through AI-driven self-service solutions. This collaboration will include ServiceNow’s Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) and Boomi’s utilization of the ServiceNow App Engine to deliver streamlined customer support and improved self-service.

Boomi’s implementation of the Now Platform and ServiceNow’s AI-powered TPSM offering aims to revolutionize customer support and expand self-service options. Through ServiceNow’s unified platform, Boomi will break down silos and streamline internal processes, facilitating better, faster, and more efficient collaboration. This integration will also reduce manual work through intelligent automation. Boomi plans to use ServiceNow’s App Engine to develop workflows within its Master Data Hub, a cloud-native data management platform, enhancing user experience.

Boomi’s modern APIM platform offers a centralized view of users’ API landscapes, enabling creators to discover, provision, and secure their APIs efficiently. These new offerings are expected to be available later this year.
