Barracuda Names Ketan Tailor as New Chief Customer Officer to Lead Customer Experience Transformation

Barracuda Networks, a prominent player in the cybersecurity landscape known for its comprehensive solutions protecting businesses of all sizes, has announced the appointment of Ketan Tailor as its Chief Customer Officer. This strategic move comes as the company intensifies its focus on enhancing customer experience while continuing to expand its cybersecurity platform.

Bringing over two decades of leadership in global customer success and support operations, Tailor steps into his new role at a crucial phase in Barracuda’s growth trajectory. His appointment underscores Barracuda’s commitment to building a more customer-centric approach across its offerings.

“Ketan brings with him a wealth of experience in shaping customer-first organizations that drive innovation, growth, and loyalty,” said Hatem Naguib, CEO of Barracuda Networks. “As we scale globally, his leadership will be key in ensuring we consistently deliver outstanding value and support to our customers.”

Before joining Barracuda, Tailor served as Vice President of Global Support at Ping Identity, where he played a pivotal role in transforming customer support into a strategic growth engine and facilitating successful post-merger integration. His focus on enhancing service tiers enabled greater customer engagement and satisfaction.

His career also includes leadership roles at xMatters, where he led customer success and support through the company’s acquisition by Everbridge. There, he implemented predictive health scoring and customer advocacy programs. Tailor led support operations across the Americas, optimizing global teams and improving service delivery times earlier, at Sophos.
