The five-year strategic collaboration aims to enhance customer experience by embedding intelligence, automation, personalization, and agility into Vi’s operations, while accelerating the rollout of new products and services.
The transformation will leverage TCS HOBS™ as the digital backbone to deliver agility, stability, and seamless integration across customer touchpoints, and TCS TwinX™, powered by AI and ML, to enable scenario simulation, data-driven intelligence, and hyper-personalized customer interactions. Together, these platforms will ensure faster service delivery, resilient performance, and adaptability to evolving customer needs.
