Central Pacific Bank Appoints Emmaly Calibraro as VP & Director of Enterprise Customer Experience

Central Pacific Bank (CPB) has appointed Emmaly Calibraro as its new Vice President and Director of Enterprise Customer Experience. In this role, she will spearhead initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and strengthen CPB’s commitment to innovation, service excellence, and community engagement.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Calibraro brings expertise in corporate strategy, business development, and nonprofit advancement. Prior to joining CPB, she served as Vice President of Resource Development and Donor Relations at Aloha United Way, where she successfully led strategic fundraising efforts and created community-driven experiences that deepened trust and boosted investment.

Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at The Hertz Corporation, driving international business development across Japan, Korea, and China. Her work emphasized market expansion, cultural integration, and customer-focused innovations, contributing to enhanced customer experience outcomes and increased market share.
