Hinduja Global Solutions Expands in Manila with New AI-Powered Experience Hub, Creating 1,000 New Jobs

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a global leader in digital experience and business process management, has inaugurated a new Intelligent Experience Hub in Manila, Philippines. This strategic expansion highlights HGS’s ongoing commitment to innovation and its growing investment in the region’s digital economy.

The newly opened facility is designed to deliver AI-driven, technology-enabled customer experience (CX) solutions for clients worldwide. It will also serve as a modern, collaborative workspace built to foster creativity, digital transformation, and employee engagement.

As part of this initiative, HGS plans to generate over 1,000 new employment opportunities across digital transformation and business services within the next two years. Located in Manila’s prime business district, the hub has an initial seating capacity of 1,500 and can scale up to 3,000 employees operating across two shifts. The new space consolidates multiple HGS operations across the city into a single, purpose-built innovation environment.

Speaking about the development, Giridhar GV, CEO – APAC and Global CHRO at HGS, stated,

“The Philippines has been central to HGS’s journey for more than two decades. This new Intelligent Experience Hub represents our deep commitment to combining human expertise with AI and empathy-led innovation to deliver world-class, personalized experiences from one of the most dynamic talent ecosystems globally.”

Earlier this year, HGS signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Philippine government to further expand its local footprint. With this addition, HGS now operates two centers in Manila and four across the Philippines.

A part of the multi-billion-dollar Hinduja Group, HGS employs over 18,000 professionals across nine countries and 33 global delivery centers. For the financial year ending March 31, 2025, the company reported total revenue of ₹4,958.8 crore (approximately US$ 586.1 million), underscoring its strong and sustained growth trajectory in the digital experience domain.
