
IntegriChain, a leading provider of net revenue optimization solutions for the life sciences sector, has announced a major leadership transition in its Product and Technology division, reaffirming its focus on innovation and customer value.
Effective August 18, 2025, the company has appointed Shai Fiss as its new Chief AI and Technology Officer (CAIO & CTO). At the same time, Brad Burget, who has served as CTO for more than a decade, will assume the role of CTO Emeritus.
Driving Next-Gen AI and Automation
Fiss’s appointment marks a pivotal step in IntegriChain’s mission to integrate advanced AI and automation into its platform. His responsibilities will span the entire Product and Technology organization, with a mandate to scale automation in revenue management and commercial data workflows.
With deep expertise in SaaS platforms, enterprise technologies, and AI-driven healthcare solutions, Fiss is expected to spearhead the company’s evolution into a more intelligent, agile, and customer-focused technology provider.
