The LaLiT Group Strengthens Leadership Team with Harmeet Kaur as GM – Marketing & CX

The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Harmeet Kaur as General Manager – Corporate Marketing & Customer Experience.

With close to 30 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing strategy, and business transformation, Kaur brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She holds an MBA in Marketing and has also completed a Management Development Program from IIM Ahmedabad.

Kaur began her professional journey with Direm (now Direxions), specializing in loyalty and customer relationship management. She later spent seven years with OgilvyOne Worldwide, where she collaborated with renowned brands such as ITC Hotels, British Airways, and Benetton, crafting integrated marketing and communication strategies.

Before joining The LaLiT, Kaur spent over 18 years with DishTV India Ltd., where she most recently served as Head – Customer Engagement (Retention & Usage) for brands including DishTV, D2H, Zing, and Watcho. She led engagement and retention initiatives for a customer base of over 15 million, driving customer loyalty and brand affinity.
