Consumer electronics retailer Croma has appointed Piush Kothari as its new Chief Customer Experience Officer. He announced the development through a LinkedIn update, expressing his excitement about joining the Tata-backed retail brand.
In his announcement, Kothari highlighted Croma’s strong reputation among Indian consumers and shared his enthusiasm for contributing to the brand’s continued growth. He emphasized his commitment to enhancing customer-centric strategies and delivering seamless experiences across both physical stores and digital platforms.
Kothari also mentioned his eagerness to collaborate with the leadership team, including Shibashish Roy, to further strengthen customer engagement. His focus will be on improving every touchpoint of the customer journey—from store visits to post-purchase ownership experiences.
Before joining Croma, Kothari served as Executive Vice President and Head of Subscriptions (SVOD) and Media at JioHotstar, where he led subscription growth and strategic partnerships. He also spent nearly six years with The Walt Disney Company, gaining extensive experience in media and customer-focused business models.
With over 24 years of professional experience, Kothari has held key leadership positions across reputed organizations such as Welspun Group, Aditya Birla Group, and Accenture. His diverse background across industries is expected to play a crucial role in elevating Croma’s customer experience strategy.
