The collaboration aims to strengthen customer experience by integrating Abacus’s advanced support expertise with inDrive’s peer-to-peer ride-hailing platform, ensuring seamless, proactive, and customer-centric services for millions of users.
The official launch of the alliance was marked at the Abacus Global Delivery Center in Shaheen Complex, Lahore, where senior executives from both companies joined to reinforce their commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
From inDrive, attendees included Awais Saeed (Country Head Pakistan), Shadi Ibrakhim (Deputy Head of Support), and Andrey Bessonov (Supervisor). Representing Abacus were Shaheryar Rafiq (Senior Executive Director) and senior operations leaders.
