Having been part of the brand’s evolution, I’ve seen how performance and purpose together drive lasting success. I am excited to join Excitel at this phase of consolidation and growth and look forward to working closely with the teams to build on strong momentum, deliver for customers and unlock new opportunities.”

The leadership appointment comes as Excitel builds on improved financial performance. The company reported becoming EBITDA and profit-after-tax (PAT) positive and recorded ₹530 crore in revenue for FY26, along with a PAT of ₹40 crore, translating into an approximately 8% PAT margin.

Going forward, Excitel plans to continue expanding its network and geographical reach while investing in customer experience as part of its broader growth strategy.
