Kapture CX has strengthened its Middle East leadership with the appointment of Konica Khandelwal as Vice President – Middle East, as the customer experience automation company looks to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Based in Dubai, Khandelwal will spearhead Kapture CX’s regional growth strategy, overseeing enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and customer success. Her mandate will focus on helping enterprises deploy Agentic AI solutions to improve customer interactions while driving greater operational efficiency.
The leadership appointment follows Kapture CX’s recent pre-Series B funding and comes as the company expands its commercial footprint in the Middle East. The company is also investing in in-country data residency capabilities, aimed particularly at supporting government bodies and regulated enterprises navigating evolving compliance and data sovereignty requirements.
GCC Emerges as a Key Market for Enterprise AI
The GCC has rapidly developed into a significant market for artificial intelligence, with governments and enterprises increasingly moving AI initiatives from experimentation to broader organisational deployment.
The UAE, in particular, has been advancing AI integration across public services, while businesses across the region are exploring enterprise-grade automation capable of delivering measurable outcomes.
This transition creates new opportunities for customer experience technology providers as organisations look beyond conventional automation towards AI systems capable of executing increasingly complex customer-facing workflows.
Commenting on the appointment, Sheshgiri Kamath, Co-founder and CEO of Kapture CX, said the Middle East is among the company’s key strategic growth markets.
“The Middle East represents one of our top strategic growth markets, and we are making significant investments to strengthen our presence across the region.”
Kamath added that Khandelwal’s experience in enterprise AI and digital transformation would support Kapture CX as it works with more organisations looking to use Agentic AI for CX transformation.
Konica Khandelwal to Drive Kapture CX’s Regional Expansion
Khandelwal brings more than 18 years of experience spanning enterprise technology, artificial intelligence and digital transformation in the Middle East.
Before joining Kapture CX, she worked with Inception, a G42 company, where she led strategic AI adoption programmes for government and public-sector organisations. Her previous experience also includes senior leadership positions at TONOMUS Safana within the NEOM ecosystem, Yellow.ai and Kore.ai.
Across these roles, she has worked on enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and AI-led transformation programmes in the region.
Speaking about her new role, Khandelwal said:
“Organisations across the GCC are looking for AI that delivers measurable business outcomes, and Kapture CX’s AgentOS platform is built to meet that need.”
She added that she plans to work closely with customers and partners as businesses across the region enter the next phase of enterprise AI adoption.
Kapture CX Steps Up Global Expansion
The Middle East leadership appointment comes amid a broader growth phase for Kapture CX.
According to the company, it has recorded 4x revenue growth since its Series A funding in 2023 while achieving profitability. It currently serves more than 1,000 enterprise customers across 18 countries. Recent company communications also confirm the 1,000+ enterprise customer base and its expansion across 18 countries.
Its recently announced $10 million pre-Series B funding round, led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures with continued participation from Cactus Partners and India Alternatives, is expected to support further international expansion, deeper penetration into the GCC and continued development of its Agentic AI capabilities.
With Khandelwal leading its Middle East operations, Kapture CX is positioning the GCC as an important component of its international growth strategy as enterprises increase investments in AI-powered customer experience and automation.
