EaseMyTrip.com has entered a strategic partnership with Hyperface, Asia’s first Credit Cards as a Service (CCaaS) provider. This collaboration is set to strengthen EaseMyTrip’s card management capabilities, enabling comprehensive card solutions for both existing and new customers.

Through this partnership, Hyperface will support the entire EaseMyTrip customer journey—from onboarding new users to launching hyper-personalized campaigns for existing customers—enhancing engagement through digital-first experiences. The alliance will boost EaseMyTrip’s co-branded credit and debit card programs with its current bank partners.

In addition to upgrading existing card programs, EaseMyTrip and Hyperface are collaborating on the launch of new co-branded credit card offerings, designed to provide customers with tailored benefits and exclusive rewards. Hyperface’s innovative CCaaS platform will empower brands to launch, manage, and expand their credit card initiatives seamlessly.
