Kapture CX Appoints RudraPrasad Nanjundappa as Chief Customer Officer to Lead Global Customer Success and AI Innovation

Kapture CX has appointed RudraPrasad Nanjundappa as its new Chief Customer Officer. In this capacity, Nanjundappa will spearhead the rollout of Kapture CX’s Agentic AI platform, oversee customer success initiatives, and drive efforts to deepen client engagement and broaden the company’s international presence.

Prior to joining Kapture CX, Nanjundappa served as Regional Vice President of Professional Services at Eightfold AI, where he led large-scale product deployments across the Asia-Pacific and EMEA markets. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles at LinkedIn, Cognizant, and Infosys, and was also a co-founder of a health-tech startup.

With nearly 23 years of experience spanning customer experience, CRM consulting, and professional services, Nanjundappa has consistently led teams dedicated to supporting enterprise-level clients.

“Rudraprasad’s deep expertise and forward-thinking approach to customer success are exactly what we need as we continue to innovate in the customer experience space,” said Sheshgiri Kamath, CEO and Co-Founder of Kapture CX. “His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our customer relationships and sustaining our growth trajectory.”

Nanjundappa expressed his enthusiasm for joining Kapture CX, stating, “It’s an incredible opportunity to contribute to a company that’s pioneering an Agentic AI platform aimed at helping organizations worldwide reshape and elevate their customer experience. As Chief Customer Officer, I’m eager to apply my background in customer success to enhance the value we deliver to our clients.”

His appointment comes at a significant moment for Kapture CX, which now operates in 18 countries and serves over 1,000 enterprise clients. The company saw its revenue double in FY25, fuelled by the deployment of Agentic AI and bolstered by an $8 million funding round led by Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives.

“Working with passionate founders, a dynamic team, and an innovative product suite—while achieving measurable outcomes for enterprise clients—makes this phase of growth especially exhilarating,” added Nanjundappa.
