
In a strategic move to strengthen its customer experience (CX) capabilities across North America, Havas has announced the acquisition of Enverta Digital, a Toronto-based leader in CRM strategy and digital transformation. This acquisition marks a significant step in advancing Havas’ global Converged strategy, placing CX at the center of its innovation and service delivery model.
Founded in 2021, Enverta has quickly become a go-to partner for major global brands, offering deep expertise in CRM technologies and marketing platforms including Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, and Braze. The firm is known for its collaborative approach, working closely with client teams across marketing, business, and technology functions. With delivery centers in Canada and Poland, Enverta provides scalable services tailored for the North American market.
The acquisition aligns with Havas’ growth strategy, particularly its focus on integrated, tech-powered CX solutions. Enverta’s operational model, company culture, and proven success in delivering impactful results made it an ideal fit for Havas. The two organizations have previously worked together, showcasing a strong synergy through successful joint projects.
Now operating under Havas CX Canada, Enverta will serve as a strategic Center of Excellence for CX in the region. Its integration is expected to unlock new opportunities, particularly in the US market, by combining Enverta’s CRM expertise with Havas’ creative and technological strengths. The Poland-based team will continue to support scalable delivery, while Enverta’s recurring revenue model adds value to Havas’ growing CX business.
