
Havas CX has elevated Deepali Saini, CEO of Think Design, to the global role of Chief Experience Design Officer. In this expanded capacity, she will become part of the Global CX Leadership Board and lead the agency’s Experience Design (XD) practice worldwide.
Based in the Havas integrated village in Bengaluru, Saini will continue reporting to Rana Barua, Group CEO of Havas India, Southeast Asia & North Asia, and to David Shulman, Global CEO of Havas CX.
In her new role, Saini will drive the integration and expansion of the XD practice across global markets, with a focus on design excellence, innovation, talent development, and business growth. She will also champion ethical AI adoption, strengthen client collaboration, and lead the development of the XD practice in Southeast Asia, with Singapore positioned as a regional hub.
Speaking on the promotion, Rana Barua described it as a proud moment showcasing Indian talent on a global stage. He highlighted Saini’s vision and leadership in shaping Think Design’s success, expanding its footprint into Singapore, and positioning it as Havas India’s first agency in the region.
David Shulman emphasized that Saini’s elevation reflects her strong impact across the Havas network, noting her ability to translate design thinking into tangible business outcomes and drive innovation for clients worldwide.
