Glover’s extensive 24-year career in technology consulting, systems optimization, and property management system migrations positions her as a key figure in enhancing customer engagement and driving strategic improvements across TNS’s hospitality software portfolio.
Glover’s appointment underscores TNS’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to the hospitality sector. Her previous leadership roles at prominent brands like ResortQuest International, Wyndham Vacation Rentals, and Vacasa, as well as her recent tenure as principal consultant at 30A Vacation Rental Consulting, have cemented her expertise in customer-centric strategies.
