Kotak Mahindra Bank Launches Integrated Distribution Structure for Seamless Customer Service

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced a new Distribution structure aimed at enhancing its growth strategy in line with its vision of prioritising customer-centricity. This initiative seeks to unify all customer interaction channels, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience across all Group products and services, thereby elevating service standards and operational efficiency.

The new Distribution structure integrates the Physical branch network, Digital Branch channel (including Mobile Banking and Net Banking platforms), and the Voice channel. This strategic move aims to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all interaction channels by fostering synergy and improving service delivery.

To spearhead this significant transformation, the Bank has appointed Pranav Mishra as the Head of Distribution. Pranav brings over 30 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services, previously serving as Head of Liabilities, Deposit, Customer 360, Branch Banking, Marketing & Alliances, ATM, and Micro Market Strategy at ICICI Bank. Prior to ICICI Bank, he led distribution for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

Teams responsible for the Physical branch network, Digital channel, and Voice will report to Pranav, streamlining operations and driving customer-centric initiatives forward.
