Bringing a wealth of experience from global corporations and startups, she has previously held key HR leadership roles at Wipro, Heidrick & Struggles, and Ola. She has played an instrumental role in driving talent strategies and fostering high-performing teams. Devika holds a B.A. (Hons) in Mathematics from Delhi University and an XLRI Jamshedpur certification in HR Leadership.
