NativeSeed Group Strengthens Customer Experience with New Facility, Upgraded Digital Platform, and Unified Branding

NativeSeed Group is marking a major milestone in its 45+ year journey by investing in a next-generation facility in Northern California, launching an enhanced digital platform, and introducing a streamlined brand strategy.

The company has opened a cutting-edge 85,000-square-foot facility in Tracy, CA, outfitted with the latest in mixing, blending, warehousing, and logistics technology. These enhancements significantly increase processing efficiency and storage capacity, ensuring faster product tracking, quicker deliveries, and elevated customer service levels.

Alongside this physical expansion, NativeSeed Group has fully upgraded its digital infrastructure. The new platform, accessible at www.nativeseedgroup.com, offers customers and partners real-time access to the entire seed inventory. It also provides direct connectivity to the company’s team of experts, enabling personalized support for everything from small-scale landowner projects to large-scale restoration efforts.

“This transformation – both digital and physical – represents our vision of delivering unmatched service and expertise to the native seed industry,” said Doug Zacharias, Chief Commercial Officer at NativeSeed Group. “It’s all about creating a more seamless and efficient experience for our customers.”

The Tracy facility will now serve as the distribution hub for Northern California, joining forces with existing operations in Carpinteria, CA, and Connell, WA. These locations will now operate under the Pacific Coast Seed brand, consolidating former brands such as S&S Seed, Environmental Seed Producers, L&H Seeds, and Kamprath under one trusted name.

“Our customers will continue to receive the same high-quality products and dedicated service they’ve come to expect, now unified under the Pacific Coast Seed banner,” said Rob Wendell, CEO of NativeSeed Group. “This investment in every touchpoint of our customer journey reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence as we look toward the future.”
