QVC Group, a global leader in video commerce and part of QVC Group Inc., has announced the appointment of Tony Williams as its new Chief People Officer. This move is part of the company’s focus on strengthening its human resources strategy and improving the employee experience worldwide.

In his new role, Williams will oversee all aspects of QVC’s global people strategy. This includes hiring and talent development, company culture, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and overall HR operations. His leadership will help align QVC’s people-focused efforts with the company’s business goals in today’s changing retail landscape.

Williams will be reporting directly to Mike Fitzharris, President of QVC US Brand and Chief Operating Officer. Fitzharris praised Williams for his leadership experience and ability to drive change across large organizations.

“Tony brings valuable experience from top global companies,” said Fitzharris. “He knows how to lead teams through complex transformations while keeping people and purpose at the center. His leadership will help us build a strong, forward-looking people strategy.”

Before joining QVC, Williams worked at The Estée Lauder Companies as Senior Vice President – Global Human Resources, Transformation Enablement, and Regional Leadership. There, he played a key role in leading global HR initiatives and aligning regional HR strategies with business goals.

With years of experience in HR across various industries and markets, Williams is well-prepared to support QVC Group’s focus on innovation, flexibility, and a diverse, inclusive work culture.

His appointment comes at an important time, as companies around the world are rethinking their workforce strategies amid digital transformation and evolving customer expectations. Under his leadership, QVC plans to build a future-ready workforce that can adapt and thrive in the fast-changing retail world.
