
Kapture CX, an industry-leading Agentic AI-driven customer experience platform, has announced the appointment of Gaurav Prakash as Senior Director – Enterprise Sales. In his new role, Gaurav will be responsible for expanding and scaling the enterprise business across India while contributing to the platform’s global ambitions.
With over 14 years of extensive experience in the SaaS landscape, Gaurav brings a wealth of knowledge from sectors including EdTech, ProcureTech, and particularly Customer Experience (CX). His strategic insight into the increasing demand for AI-powered CX solutions positions him as a key player in Kapture CX’s next phase of growth. The platform distinguishes itself as a comprehensive, India-developed CX suite built on Agentic AI capabilities.

Before joining Kapture CX, Gaurav worked at PwC and played a vital role in extending enterprise operations at Freshworks throughout strategic Indian regions. He wants to bolster Kapture CX’s leadership in the cutthroat CX market and assemble a top-performing enterprise sales team as part of his new position.
