Charter Communications has elevated Chris Fulton to the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Operations and Experience for Spectrum Business, the company’s commercial services division.
Fulton takes over from Greg King, who is stepping down after an impressive three-decade career in the telecommunications sector.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Fulton previously served as Regional Vice President of Field Operations for Spectrum’s Northwest Region. In his new role, he will oversee technical support, customer service, service delivery, and billing for business clients throughout Charter’s expansive 41-state footprint. He will be operating from the company’s Stamford office and assumes his responsibilities immediately.
“Chris brings a deep understanding of both customer and field operations,” said Keith Dardis, Executive Vice President of Spectrum Business, who will be Fulton’s direct report. “His customer-first approach and operational experience will be key to accelerating our mission of becoming the go-to connectivity provider for businesses of all sizes. He will ensure that we consistently uphold our commitments to service excellence, value, and scalable solutions tailored to diverse industries.”
In his most recent leadership role, Fulton managed a team of over 1,700 employees across nine states including Colorado, Oregon, and Northern California. Prior to that, he led call center operations as Group Vice President from 2017 to 2024, where he oversaw 18 technical support centers. He also held several other field leadership roles after joining Spectrum in 2013.
Before his tenure at Charter, Fulton spent 13 years at Cablevision Systems, gaining extensive experience in field operations and customer service management across various markets.
Fulton holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
