In a strategic move to further bolster its focus on customer-centric transformation and operational excellence, Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced the appointment of Kamlesh Vora as the Senior Executive Vice President and Head – Customer Experience, Risk, Process & Controls.
With over 20 years of diverse leadership experience, Kamlesh brings to the role a deep understanding of customer experience (CX), business process transformation, and risk management. His new mandate includes driving end-to-end customer satisfaction initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and reinforcing the bank’s operational risk and control framework.
Prior to this appointment, Kamlesh held key leadership roles at Kotak Life, ICICI Prudential, and Canon India, where he consistently delivered results in CRM, digital transformation, and service innovation. Known for his ability to align organizational strategy with customer needs, he has led several large-scale projects that significantly enhanced customer engagement and service quality.
In his new position, Kamlesh is expected to spearhead initiatives that integrate digital tools with human touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and secure banking experience for Kotak’s diverse customer base. He will also focus on embedding a culture of proactive risk management and process excellence across the organization.
