In a significant step forward under its ‘Himma’ digital transformation initiative, Doha Bank has unveiled an innovative Customer Experience Kiosk (CXK), marking a new era in self-service banking.
The newly launched CXK is designed to offer customers a seamless, technology-driven interface that simplifies everyday banking interactions. With a strong focus on accessibility and ease of use, the kiosk enables users to independently carry out a variety of essential services. These include instant debit card replacement and renewal, generation of IBAN and balance certificates, real-time account inquiries, and efficient dispute resolution—substantially improving service speed and convenience.
Commenting on the launch, Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Fahad bin Faisal Al Thani, Group Chief Executive Officer of Doha Bank, stated that the initiative aligns with the bank’s commitment to delivering forward-thinking, customer-centric solutions. He emphasized that the CXK is part of a broader strategy to build a smarter banking ecosystem, which will continue evolving with upcoming enhancements to the bank’s mobile platforms.
Adding to this, Dimitrios Kokosioulis, Deputy CEO of Doha Bank, highlighted that the launch reflects the institution’s ongoing investment in advanced technologies. He noted that integrating digital innovation with physical banking services strengthens the bank’s position as a trusted and progressive financial entity in Qatar.
Looking ahead, Doha Bank plans to roll out additional CXK units across key locations in the country, alongside further upgrades across its digital channels. This initiative reinforces the bank’s dedication to enhancing customer experience and operational excellence.
As one of Qatar’s leading financial institutions, Doha Bank continues to align its innovation strategy with the nation’s digital transformation vision. The introduction of the CXK not only demonstrates its agility in adopting next-generation banking solutions but also sets a new benchmark for service delivery in the regional banking sector.
