Oracle India has announced the appointment of Prabhjot Minhas as Senior Director and Head of Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as it sharpens its focus on strategic growth and brand positioning.
Minhas brings a strong track record in technology marketing, with deep expertise in integrated campaigns, brand development, and demand generation. Prior to joining Oracle, she served as Head of Marketing for India and SAARC at Autodesk, where she led comprehensive marketing initiatives across the region.
Known for her proficiency in content-driven marketing and go-to-market strategy, Minhas has successfully executed cross-functional programs spanning brand marketing, product positioning, corporate communications, and digital engagement. Her experience also includes working closely with global teams to strengthen influencer and analyst relations, while driving transformation across digital marketing ecosystems.
In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping Oracle India’s marketing vision and execution. Her mandate includes enhancing brand visibility, accelerating demand creation, and deepening customer engagement in an increasingly competitive enterprise technology environment.
