Ipca Laboratories Limited has announced the appointment of Saidutta Nanda as President – Human Resources, effective March 3, 2025. With over 24 years of experience in HR leadership within the pharmaceutical industry, Nanda will oversee all HR functions, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement to drive the company’s growth strategy.
Nanda holds a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore. He began his career at Cadila Pharmaceuticals in 1999 and most recently served as President – Human Resources at Macleods Pharmaceuticals Limited. Known for his expertise in shaping HR policies and cultivating high-performance work cultures, Nanda’s leadership is expected to strengthen Ipca Laboratories’ HR strategies significantly.
In his new role, Nanda will focus on enhancing HR processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning human resources initiatives with the company’s long-term objectives. His extensive experience and strategic approach are anticipated to play a key role in advancing Ipca Laboratories’ workforce management capabilities.
