Digital customer experience (CX) solutions provider TDCX has announced the acquisition of Open Access BPO, a U.S.-based outsourcing firm. The move reinforces TDCX’s position in the global outsourcing space by expanding its delivery footprint to new locations in Davao, Manila, and Taipei. This acquisition comes at a time when companies worldwide are increasingly turning to outsourcing to remain competitive amid rapid market shifts and talent shortages.
